Es ist immer toll von Alexandra Schmuck anfertigen zu lassen. Sie leistet wahnsinnige Arbeit, nimmt einem bei jedem Schritt mit, in dem man Videos und Bilder bekommt. Was ich sehr interessant finde! Sie schafft das unmöglich möglich zu machen. Wirklich ein großes Lob für ihre Arbeit.

I have had very specific requirements for a ring to be designed and produced within some extremely challenging timeline.I also requested an engraving to be done, providing black-and-white pictures with basic instructions.On top of that, the ring size I thought will be a fit, turned out to be completely wrong and thanks to Alexandra's quick thinking and ingenuity, the ring that was designed, produced and finally delivered was a perfect fit, the engraving done was excellent and the delivery was more than a day ahead of schedule.Absolutely first-class service!All of this was done, while she had to put up with my anxiety and under almost constant barrage of questioning - I very rarely buy jewellery or clothes online for the simple fact that I need to see and try them first to make the correct choice to avoid disappointment.I can't recommend Alexandra's services highly enough. Ich mag eigentlich keine Bewertungen schreiben, aber ich muss mal sagen, dass ich hier gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Die Frau war so nett, mich zurückzurufen um mir mit der Ringgröße meiner Freundin zu helfen. Der Ring sollte ja nicht am selben Finger wie unser Ehering sitzen. Sie hat dann den Ring noch vor Weihnachten extra für uns geändert und er ist heute angekommen. Super! Danke.
