At no time do I see any of your financial details. Any information I do collect such as names, addresses and email addresses are not passed on to third parties.

 

 

Items bought via this website can be returned within 14 days if they are not damaged and if they are not commissions.

If the Goods become faulty within 30 days of receipt, you will be offered the choice of a refund or, if stock is still available of that particular piece, a replacement.

If the Goods become faulty after 30 days but within six months of receipt, I will offer our choice of a refund, replacement or repair unless I, at my discretion, determine that the fault has arisen through misuse of the Goods.

To return faulty Goods to ADFK, I will need to be informed first via Email or telephone. Please don't send any goods without having contacted me first. For more info about returns, see bottom of the page.

I am not liable for returned Goods which are lost in transit, so it is important that you use an insured delivery method, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

These Terms will apply to any repaired or replacement goods I supply to you.

 

Any items that are returned and are not in their original condition i.e. without original packaging or paperwork will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

 

If I have adjusted an item of jewellery to suit your specific requirements I cannot offer refunds on these items unless they are faulty.

 

All prices include 19% VAT.

I reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. I also reserve the right to refuse an order.

Returns policy:
Please return items, if possible in its original packaging. Please don't abuse this policy. This is fine jewellery made with great care. If there is a fault on my side, I will reimburse the postage, of course. The decision between exchange, money back or a voucher will depend on your preference and on my decision. I'm a professional jeweller. Expect professional service! I want to keep you as a customer.
Unlike many other online places I have a real store with workshop.

If you buy a ring, please make sure you know the ring size of the finger or measure it or another well-fitting ring. For more information see my website or contact me. These are handmade unique items. There is ever only one single item produced. Silver Rings can be adjusted quite inexpensively. More than one size will incur a small fee of £20 when ordered at the same time or within 14 days. Gold rings will be more expensive. Either order your ring with the correct size immediately and I will contact you for details, or send it to me within 14 days to alter accordingly. I'll then charge the discounted fee for the alteration plus postage back. Anything later than that you can still send it, but there will be a slightly higher charge as a redesign service.
